od 1 lipca do 30 listopada w wersji elektronicznej online za pomocą:
– strony empatia.mrpips.gov.pl,
– bankowości elektronicznej (preferowana forma)
od 1 sierpnia do 30 listopada w wersji papierowej:
– w sekretariacie szkoły w godzinach 9:00 – 14:00

Świadczenie dobry start przysługuje raz w roku na rozpoczynające rok szkolny dzieci do ukończenia 20 roku życia. Dzieci niepełnosprawne uczące się w szkole otrzymają je do ukończenia przez nie 24 roku życia.
