Zadania pedagoga szkolnego
- Prowadzenie badań i działań diagnostycznych uczniów, w tym diagnozowanie indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów w celu określenia przyczyn niepowodzeń edukacyjnych oraz wspierania mocnych stron uczniów;
- Diagnozowanie sytuacji wychowawczych w szkole w celu rozwiązywania problemów wychowawczych oraz wspierania rozwoju uczniów;
- Udzielanie pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej w formach odpowiednich do rozpoznanych potrzeb;
- Podejmowanie działań z zakresu profilaktyki uzależnień i innych problemów dzieci i młodzieży;
- Minimalizowanie skutków zaburzeń rozwojowych, zapobieganie zaburzeniom zachowania oraz inicjowanie różnych form pomocy w środowisku szkolnym i pozaszkolnym uczniów;
- Inicjowanie i prowadzenie działań mediacyjnych i interwencyjnych w sytuacjach kryzysowych;
- Pomoc rodzicom i nauczycielom w rozpoznawaniu i rozwijaniu indywidualnych możliwości, predyspozycji i uzdolnień uczniów;
- Spieranie nauczycieli, wychowawców grup wychowawczych i innych specjalistów w udzielaniu pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej.
- Prowadzeniem zajęć i działań z zakresu doradztwa zawodowego.
